Melrose Knitting Mill is located in downtown Raleigh and It’s so amazing for bridal sessions. We chose this location because of the brick ( Which complimented her Market Hall downtown Raleigh wedding) and the natural lighting, it’s all just so elegant.

For bridal sessions some of my brides opt for music, which I always recommend, so we throw on some Beyonce and we have a blast! A lot of brides ask what the point of doing the bridals prior to the wedding day is. The most common reason is mom’s and grandma’s want to have some images of you on display at your wedding. The reasons I recommend them? We get to chose. We get to chose the location, and the date, which dictates lighting and the temperature, we aren’t rushed, you get to feel gorgeous two different days, your gown gets used twice, rather than once. You get to do your makeup/hair trial and get to see how it will look in your images, prior to the big day. Most brides bring their mom, mother in law and bestie, or one of the three, it’s such a fun time!
